This privacy policy explains how 24 Shelby, a registered DBA of Notorious Events, LLC ("24 Shelby," "we," or "us") handles information collected from visitors to 24shelby.com. By using the site, you consent to this policy.
You give us: When you submit a contact form, request a tour, or inquire about an event, we collect your name, email, phone number, and the event details you share (event type, estimated date, guest count, anything else you write in the message).
Collected automatically: Like most websites, we log standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and time on site. This is collected through server logs and cookies, and we use it to operate and improve the site.
We use the information you give us to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, send event details, and follow up about booking 24 Shelby. If you've inquired about an event, we may also email you about availability, pricing updates, or related venue information you'd reasonably expect to receive. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing events@24shelby.com.
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run the business (our CRM, email and scheduling tools, and analytics providers), and only the information they need to do their job for us. We may also share information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We use cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics and similar) to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not function as expected if you do.

24 Shelby offers an SMS/text messaging program to communicate with you about your tour, event booking, and related coordination. This section describes how we handle your information in connection with our text messaging program.
Opt-in & consent. You may opt in to receive text messages from 24 Shelby by checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on any form on our website, by texting a keyword to our number, or by verbally consenting during a phone call. We maintain two separate categories of text messages, each requiring its own consent:
You may opt in to one, both, or neither category. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of booking or any other purchase. Providing your phone number on a form does not constitute consent — you must affirmatively check the applicable consent checkbox(es) to opt in.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive multiple messages related to an active tour or event booking. Marketing messages will not exceed 4 messages per month.
Message & data rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. 24 Shelby does not charge any fees for sending or receiving text messages, but your wireless carrier may charge standard messaging rates. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-out. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further text messages will be sent to your number unless you re-opt in. You may also opt out by contacting us at (317) 410-1552 or events@24shelby.com. Other recognized opt-out keywords include: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT.

No sharing or selling of SMS data. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS program to any third party. Your opt-in consent data, phone number, and any information collected via our text messaging program will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data retention. We retain your phone number, opt-in consent records, and messaging history for as long as you remain opted in to our SMS program and for a minimum of four (4) years after you opt out, as required for TCPA compliance and regulatory purposes. Consent records include: the phone number that opted in, date and time of opt-in, the method of opt-in, and the consent language agreed to.
Supported carriers. Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we'll remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
