Brewery to Bar
In 1898, this building was the bottling house for the Home Brewing Company, filling up to 60 barrels a day and producing brands like Home Brew, Columbia, and Indiana ale. At its peak, the full brewery complex churned out 60,000 barrels a year with 60 employees and a fleet of horse-drawn wagons delivering across Indianapolis.
Prohibition shut the taps in 1922. A century later, the Libations Lounge carries that legacy forward — not with barrels, but with an oversized, fully stocked bar, professional bartenders, and a cocktail program your guests will be talking about the next morning.
